Project Brief
The old interface of the client has served them well over the years. However, as technology, accessibility guidelines and user expectations evolve, there is a compelling need to enhance the design. By creating an easy-to-use, modern interface, we streamlined the trading experience helping LSEG stay ahead in the competitive financial market. This update not only improved usability but also ensured that their platform remained relevant and appealing to both existing and potential users.

01 / Research
We analysed the interface's white background impact on staff performance. user research showed concerns about eye fatigue and platform disorganisation. Our digital studio aims to revitalize with innovative design, empowering staff for success.
02 / Define
Dark mode - To reduce the eye strain i redesigned the platform using dark mode allowing users execute tasks more efficiently without Eye problems.
Cognitive Design Psychology - Using the knowledge that the human brain works in a mimetic manner i sought to see how i can edit the interface to be as smooth and easy to navigate as possible to ensure the platform is more organized and intuitive.
Scalability- For consistency in future design updates, I created a style guide that can be expanded upon and can be easily used by other designers
03 / Design
Using Figma, inspirations from other designs and the old designs , I created sketches for the new designs .
04 / Prototype
I developed my sketches into high fidelity interactive designs that I used for some interview sessions to gain insight on how I can refine the design to create the final product.
